Q: What should I wear to an interview?

A: Business attire is highly recommended, there is only one chance to make a first impression.

Q: How many interviews can I expect?

A: Our selection process has at minimum 4 steps.  First, you will need to submit a profile, then if requested, complete a formal application.  After our recruiting team reviews both the profile and formal application, they will contact you via telephone to complete a phone interview.  Based on those results the recruiting team will advise you of the time and date of an in-person interview with the hiring department.  All leadership and full-time positions usually require more than one in-person interview.

Q: What type of interview can I expect?

A: Interviews may take place over the phone and in person. It may consist of meeting with one or more hiring managers, in an individual meeting or with a group of other applicants.

Q: When can I expect to hear feedback from an interview?

A: Interview feedback does vary depending upon how many interviews are lined up for the hiring manager. You will receive an e-mail from us informing you of your interview status, typically within one to two weeks. The entire interview process could take up to 4 weeks from the date of application to final selection.  Our recruiting team will correspond with you via e-mail regarding the hiring managers decisions.  Please be sure to check your junk and spam folders for all e-mail correspondence.
